*Check back soon for more upcoming events* We are currently selling tickets for a train ride which will be held on October 27, 2007. There will be two rides. The first ride will depart at 10 am and the second ride will depart at 2 pm. The train will boarded near the Catawissa Legion. From the Legion, the train will make its way toward Northumberland, then it will come back to Catawissa. This is the second year that we will be celebration the historic "Catawissa" (the first train in Columbia County). - Tickets for the train ride may be purchased every Saturday morning at the Catawissa Opera House or, by calling Mary Chapman at (570) 799-0531.
We are also selling raffle tickets for a small covered bridge. The covered bridge was bought and donated by Knobels Amusement Resort. The drawing will be held at the Covered Bridge Festival in October. Free delivery of the covered bridge if it is within a 50 mile radius. - Tickets for the covered bridge raffle is as follows:
- $1.00 for one ticket or $5.00 for six ticket. Tickets may be purchased every Saturday morning at the Opera House.
